yesterday to my suprise i woke up to find 7 new borm hamsters pleas help me what should i do to take care of them
I woke up one day to find my hamster had babies as well. I went to my local pet store for advice and they told me the babies must stay with the mother for a certain length of time (cant remember how long) so that what i did, they also said when they are ready, the store would take them off me and sell them. They all sold withing a week.

The first thing you should do is put the mother and babies in a nice quiet place put the father to himself he will kill the young. Also if the mother is nervous or upset she will kill and eat her young.
Feed the mother twice a day and make sure she has fresh water daily. only bother her to feed or water her.
When cleaning the cage don’t do it until the babies are at least a week old.
