   Some cultures in Africa view guinea pigs as a delicacy. I believe there are tribes in (I think?) South America that eat hamsters. My anthropology teacher said it was rude to refuse a dish unless you had a valid reason like allergies or you are vegetarian.

   Nothing. You shouldnt have to eat something you dont want to. Tell them that your sorry for offending them but its not your culture and its not something you would want to eat.
