How do I keep my hamster happy and healthy?

I’ve had my hamster for about 11 months, and she recently seemed to get bored with me. I want to keep her happy and healthy, but recently some things have come up and I haven’t been able to bond with her.

1) How do I keep my hammie happy?
2) Is there any way for me to get her used to me again?
3) Is she healthy?
4) Any suggestions about ways for me to play with her?

thanks!

a wheel and the a ball
the wheel she can play all day on
the ball you have to supervise all the time
The hamsters are smart and they can figure out a way to escape from the ball
Every now and them get a big huge cardboard box and let her explore it. In the wild hamsters live in miles of holes and crannies and dens

food- add variety like tiny pieces of nuts, fresh veges next day, a new type of grain two days later…
and they like clean environment and clean water.

She is aging. Hamsters often don’t live long and slow down as they age.The average life span of a hamster is just 15 months, a lucky one can reach 30 months but that is very rare indeed. Good luck.
