		<description>i would buy a male. they are nicer and dont bite as much, but if u have to know, theres really no difference between caring for a male or female hamster, just keep her away frum any other hamster, feed her, give her fresh water every day, give her aspen or carefresh bedding, play with her every day, and also i would recommend wearing gloves when picking her up at first, but after she gets used to you, you can just use your bare hands, good luck and have fun!!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;hamster owner</description>
