Split them up into pairs or singles, although I understand 4 cages would be a lot. Pet shops usually do the best they can to resell/rehome for free a small pet (I have worked in one). It's because they are at maturity now. They fight to the death so be careful.They will eventually fight each other. I gave some of my hamsters to the pet shop, they don't become snake food, they sell them on. But if you do give them to the pet shop tell them they are fighting. This happened to me with my hamsters and i separated them they were happy. But it would mean 4 different cages. Maybe the two small ones would get on together, and the larger of the small was only picking on the small because of peer pressure from the two large, to distract from itself, or a pecking order. Isolating the two large and the larger of the smaller, may mean the two large start to pick on the third. Maybe try different combinations to see if the two small get on together.
